How to earn Loyalty points?

  • Through each overnight stay that you have booked in Calista Luxury Resort via travel agency / tour operator or direct reservation (from the web site of the hotel, by telephone, e-mail) you can earn points.
  • By sharing your positive experiences and comments on the Internet (Tripadvisor, Booking.com or Hotel online Survey) for each comment once in a year in various portals.
  • By recommending the hotel to your friends or family members you can earn points at informing hotel about them.
  • Loyalty points will be earned only the primary Guest.

How to spend Loyalty points?

  • In order to redeem Loyalty points to save up to 50% of his or her next stay, loyalty members need to make a booking on the base of rates published on the hotel web site (directly to the hotel).
  • Loyalty points may be given as a gift to another person or transferred to another Members account.
  • Loyalty points do not have any cash value. Lost or unused points may not be redeemed for any monetary amount whatsoever
  • Loyalty bonuses cannot be applied to the reservations made via travel agencies or other companies
  • They cannot be used with any other discount cards
  • Extra services in hotel cannot be paid for with loyalty points

Conversion loyalty points into Loyalty gift vouchers:

  • Whenever a number of Loyalty points in the Member's Calista Loyalty program account reaches a desired level, the Member may convert his or her points into gift vouchers for family, collegues, friends to use.
  • Loyalty Gift vouchers may be used for up to 50% payment of the reservation amount at c/in, or can be reduced from total amount if the full prepayment is going to be done by via bank transfer after confirmation by the hotel manager.
  • Loyalty Gift vouchers may not be used for full prepayments to guarantee a reservation
  • Gift voucher can be used only when a booking made on base of rates published on hotel web site or directly from us.

How to become a member

  • Membership is not required, if you have stayed with us before or made a new reservation recently, you're currently involved in the loyalty program.
  • Companies, associations, travel agencies, tour operators, Calista employees, groups, Calista or Özkar honoured guests, Guests who stayed for ''EXPEDIENT agency - manager rates'', info groups, as well as accommodations, for which payments were made by companies along with the persons not residing in the hotel (such as corporations or incentive tours) are not entitled to join the Loyalty Program.
  • You may also join if you are coming to use the hotel facilities or by visit the hotel because you are considering Calista for your next holiday.
  • An active personal email address is required from those that want to become a member of the program. The same email address may not be used by other members.
  • After submitting the form, the Member will receive an application confirmation e-mail, sent to the address indicated on the form, indicating the permanent Member number.by clicking here.



Memberships & Benefits

  • Every hotel guest, regardless of age may become a silver, gold or Diamond member, according to the amount of nights they have stayed.
  • Nights stayed cannot be a sum, & cannot be transferred over to other members.
  • Silver, Gold and Diamond membership cards are strictly personal. They may not be lent, transferred or sold, and does not constitute a means of payment for goods or services. Each card contains the Member name, an individual identification number. Each Member may only possess one loyalty program membership card. The card may only be used by the Member whose name is printed on the card. The Member should not disclose his or her number or password to any other party.
  • The Member is responsible for all operations on, and from, his or her account.
  • The benefits of membership can be changed at anytime by the hotel without any notification whatsoever. The official benefits of membership can be found at www.calista.com.tr/loyalty.
  • Children upto 13 obtain a card, however those over the age of 13 can benefit from membership advantages.



Bonus

  • The bonuses are accumulated for each night to primary profiles on the reservation according to the room type reserved, & rate code. Expediant, promotional, complimentary & loyalty rates (in the case of using bonus points) are not eligible to be calculated.
  • Bonuses are accumulated for each room, regardless of the quantity of guests staying.
    To spend points, in total guest must have a minimum of 5 night stay
  • Bonus points may not be used for extra services, including early check-in & late check-out, room upgrade
  • If you would like to use your bonus points, you must inform the CRM department and recieve written confirmation.



Program Communications

  • Members can access all information related to his or her membership profile in the Loyalty Program on www.calista.com.tr/loyalty
  • Loyalty Member who has joined the Program accepts to receive commercially-related electronic communications from the Program. The Member will receive e-mail with commercial information related to the Loyalty Program. If the Member no longer wishes to receive such e-mails from the Program, he or she may cancel this option at any time without any consequences.
  • Any changes to e-mail or postal addresses, Member name or any other relevant membership information must be made by the Member directly in his or her Loyalty Profile section via the www.calista.com.tr/rewards or in an email to crm@calista.com.tr



Data Privacy And Applicable Law

* The information collected during the sign up process, and related to using the loyalty program, is subject to processing in order for the Administrator to be able to handle the Client's request appropriately, to provide the expected services, and, if the Administrator accepts the request, to send him or her commercial information related to the Loyalty Program. In compliance with Individual Liberties, Members are allowed to access, modify, correct or suppress any information related to him or her, as well as to oppose the processing of this information, by contacting Loyalty Customer Service.
