How to participate in the Loyalty Program?

  • In order to become a member of the Loyalty program, travel agency worker needs to fill in the registration form and add all reservations (starting from 2010) to his/her online booker profile www.calista.com.tr/booker by using the provided login and password
  • The program can’t be joined by Tour operators, Online booking agencies, individuals, hotel's guests and workers.


Data privacy and applicable law

  • The information collected during the sign up process and related to using the loyalty program, is subject to processing in order for the administrator to be able to handle the client's request appropriately, to provide the expected services and if the administrator accepts the request, to send him or her commercial information related to the Loyalty Program. In compliance with individual liberties, members are allowed to access, modify, correct or suppress any information related to him or her, as well as to oppose the processing of this information, by contacting Loyalty Customer Service.

Members accept that the program may be modified, in all or part, at any time and without notice.
The Calista Luxury Resort hotel reserves the right at any time and without notice to cancel or make changes of the loyalty program.

How to earn Loyalty points?

  • Earn points for each overnight stay of the guests' accommodation you book in Calista Luxury Resort regarding by roomtype.
  • Participants of Calista Agency Loyalty program accumulate points each time they make reservations via a tour operator or directly with the hotel (using the website, choosing the telephone or e-mail)
  • In order to earn points, sales managers need to share information about his/her reservations (starting from 2010) on  www.calista.com.tr/booker Login and password will be given after registration). After confirmation by the CRM department, the earned points will be appeared on the online booker profile.
  • Reservations made for groups, meetings, football groups or reservations booked under special conditions or offers etc. are not included into the loyalty program.

How to spent earned Loyalty points ?

  • Points have a monetary value (e.g. 1 point equals 1 Euro) when deciding to use them whether for a new accommodation reservation for guests or of your own reservations
  • Loyalty Points may be used by travel agents during a holiday or their visits to hotel. Extra services in the hotel may also be paid by the loyalty points (Day use, restaurants, transfer, etc.)
  • Furthermore, the Calista Loyalty program provides the possibility to order a hotel voucher re­deeming points. The voucher is not personal­ized and can be used as a gift present to a friend, a family member or a colleague
  • In order to redeem Loyalty points for all or partial payments of the accommodation reservation amounts, travel agents must make bookings on base of rates published on the Calista webpage: www.calista.com.tr/booker (directly to the ho­tel) by using the own web password and ID number
  • To redeem the earned points sales managers should gather points equivalent to at least 50 nights
